Our Early Years Foundation Stage is led by:
Mrs Billingham – Class Teacher
Mrs Huntbach – Higher Level Teaching Assistant
Together they provide a warm, nurturing environment where children are encouraged to explore, discover and develop a lifelong love of learning. Building positive relationships with children and families is at the heart of everything we do.

Our personalised Early Years curriculum enables children to develop across all seven areas of learning through:
- Storytelling and language-rich experiences
- Creative play
- Outdoor exploration
- Investigation and discovery

We carefully plan activities to meet each child’s individual needs while encouraging independence, resilience and confidence.
📖 Developing a Love of Reading
We are passionate about developing confident readers.
Children begin their early reading journey through stories, rhymes and speaking and listening activities before progressing into our Little Wandle phonics programme, giving them excellent foundations for Reception and beyond.
🕘 Flexible Sessions
We offer flexible nursery provision to meet the needs of families.
Morning Session
8:30am – 11:30am
Afternoon Session
12:00pm – 3:00pm
Full Day
8:30am – 3:00pm
Children may attend using funded hours or paid sessions, subject to availability. We also offer supervised lunchtime provision and access to our on-site Rising Stars Breakfast and After School Club for families requiring wraparound care.

Starting nursery is an exciting milestone.
Before children begin, we offer transition opportunities to help them become familiar with staff and the environment. We work closely with families to ensure every child settles happily and confidently into nursery life.
